Our Story
How I became an expert in all things beauty and began offering my own Hydrafacials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels and Plasma Pen treatments started way back to 2003. I began my professional aesthetic journey in Waxahachie Texas in my mothers wellness center, Rose Hill Wellness. She specialized in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and I would offer spa and hair services making us a one stop shop for complete wellness and beauty.
In 2006 and we moved to Arizona where we opened another location in Safford, shortly after that I moved up to Oregon and began working on opening a location of my own. Before I had my own store front I worked with a number of Med Spa’s as an Advanced Aesthetician providing everything med spa from Laser and energy treatments to Microneedling and chemical peels. Eventually I started a mobile spa business and I worked with retirement homes to bring my mobile spa services into their facilities 1 time a month. During that time that I got to work with a few very special groups of people that gave me the opportunity to really experience and understand aging skin in a different manner, my oldest patient was 101 years old!
When I stared out in my own brick & mortar I was next to Nordstrom Rack off of 185th, this was back when I would do 90 minute sessions for just $39! Oh, the good ole days, right?!
Fast forward to post Covid and I reopened in downtown Hillsboro and started as a Practice Manager for Athenix Advanced Plastic Surgery Centers this began my journey to understand everything Plastics. This really was the final step on my professional Aesthetic journey giving me a full scope of knowledge on every single beauty treatment out there, from Day Spa to Med Spa to plastic surgery! I feel this gave me an edge to be able help anyone at any phase of their beauty journey!
I recently changed my business name to The Wild Beauty Bar to shift into more of a beauty collective. I have 2 other beauty professionals in my location with me now; “Slap by P” where Paige Castello offers Lash services and “Rose Aesthetics” with Sierra who offers: Spray tans, Waxing, Facials, Brow & Lash tinting as well as extensions.
